Calendar of Events for Volunteers

Below is a list of events where your help would be appreciated. Please register at least three (3) weeks before each event. Volunteer Groups must register one (1) month in advanced to volunteer at any GRM event. In order to be scheduled for an event, you must have completed the following:

1) Attended a VFC Orientation and Training and recieved your Certificate of Completion;

2) Have already volunteered with GRM for at least three (3) weeks, or as a group at least once before;

3) Must be in good standing with the GRM Volunteer Fellowship Corps.

We welcome families for special events with open arms; however, children under the age of 18 will need to be supervised by parents or group leaders. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for all opportunities.

All events will take place at Gospel Rescue Ministries located at 810 5th Street, NW Washington, DC, 20001, unless otherwise stated. If an event does take place outside of GRM, volunteers must have reliable transportation and attend a Volunteer Event Staff Meeting/ Training the weekend before the event.
