TLM is a 3 year substance abuse recovery program for men, housed at our main facility. Participants complete a comprehensive program, with training, counseling, and support in spiritual, psychological, physical, educational, and vocational development.
Fulton House is our women's program, which mirrors the Transforming Lives program for men. The Fulton House is located on the corner of 6th and I Streets.
The main building of Gospel Rescue Ministries houses the School of Tomorrow, an accredited adult education program, providing complete literacy, GED, computer training, CDL driver training, life skills, and other courses of instruction essential to gaining re-entrance into productive society.
The BEST Job Development program is a full service career center, designed to assist GRM graduates. Clients receive human resources training and one on one career counseling, as well as assistance in landing a position that will move clients forward in their recovery.
Ready To Work is a tranistional work program for men, housed on the fifth floor of our main building. The program is designed to give a break to men who have had trouble finding consistent employment. Participants reside at GRM for 9 to 18 months and work for business improvement districts throughout Washington.
Gospel Rescue Ministries' transitional housing facility is called the Barnabas House, and is located on 9th Street, NW. Barnabas House has capacity for up to eight graduates of the Transforming Lives Ministry program.
The Samaritan Shelter is a temporary solution for men looking for a place to stay and a meal to eat. Men may stay on the third floor of GRM on a nightly basis for $3 a night.
